Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
your appointment.
*Fees for cancellations/no-shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be annotated in your account. After 3 cancelled / missed appointments, we will require a pre-paid exam fee for both Doctor and technician appointments. Your deposit will be credited to your invoice the day of your appointment. If you miss a pre-paid appointment and do not cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours, we will accept your deposit as payment for the missed appointment.
*Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your appointment without any charges as long as it’s 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
